Britt Bags Top-10 Lucas Oil ASCS Finish at I-70

After seeing Friday's program washed away by rain, Landon Britt returned to competition with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) on Saturday at I-70 Motorsports Park (Odessa, Mo.) in the inaugural 360 Nationals.

Twenty-nine Sprint Cars entered the program at the 1/2-mile oval. Landon found himself behind the eight ball early in the night with the seventh fastest time in qualifications. A seventh-place finish in his heat race left him starting ninth in the B-Main.

He passed four cars to finish fifth in the B-Main to earn the 21st-starting spot for the 30-lap feature.

Britt enjoyed a great run in the main event to finish 10th.

He currently sits ninth in the latest series standings.
